Best Cheap Mid Budget And Luxury Hotels In Brooklyn New York City

Brooklyn isnt anywhere near as touristy as Manhattan and just from a quick hotel search that much is apparent.
However, despite far fewer options, there are also far fewer people booking the rooms. Less demand means less supply.
Williamsburgs bars and restaurants spill out onto Berry Street and Bedford Avenue.
Wythe, Hoxton and William Vale are in close proximity to this area and each other. Hotel Indigo is in a much busier area but well connected.
Further down in Brooklyn, if you can afford it, we think 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge has to have one of the best views in the entire city.
Sunset over Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan every single day from an infinity pool no less! It is a splurge and will cost you but it looks amazing.
Here are the best hotels for each budget around Brooklyn :

Holiday Inn Long Island City
3 Stars | The accommodation impresses with the very good price-performance ratio and relatively large and very clean rooms. There are many shopping opportunities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Manhattan is easy to reach by subway.
2 Stars | Hotel 31 is located between Park and Lexington Heights on 31st Street, hence the name. Around the hotel there are various cafés, restaurants & bars we were really satisfied! The Empire State Building, Times Square, Herald Square and Madison Square Park are within easy walking distance. The hotel is almost a bargain by New York standards: prices for double rooms start at 120 EUR . The rooms are deliberately kept simple, but this is absolutely fine for a couple of nights. And you will likely use your hotel room mostly for sleeping anyway. Some rooms have their own bathroom others have a shared bathroom on the same floor and an extra bathroom with toilet. These are cleaned several times a day and are therefore pretty much spotless. The hotel wont win any design awards in the near future, but the location, the price and the cleanliness make Hotel 31 a recommendation!

For Business Travelers And Lavish Leisure: The Beekman A Thompson Hotel
The Financial District, or FiDi, as its come to be called, is a bit sleepy on weekends, though the neighborhood keeps a bustle with the nine to eight crowd . Both scenarios are optimal for a Beekman sojourn, be it a buttoned-up workweek or luxuriously lazy respite. For business travelers, you can rent one of the 300- to 475-sq.-foot office spaces , with in-office dining from Tom Colicchio. Colicchios wisteria-wrapped rooftop restaurant Temple Court is the best FiDi spot for a business dinner or sky-lined date. The Beekmans rooms are outfitted in oak and leather, with Carrara marble running through the bathrooms. The facade of the hotel5 Beekman, to be preciseis an official NYC landmark, having been one of the citys first skyscrapers . FiDi is also grossly underrated in terms of location, giving you quick access to midtown Manhattan and the heart of central/downtown Brooklyn. Promise us youll do a late-night BK Bridge stroll, too.

Soho Where To Stay In New York City For Fashion Style & Celebrity Spotting
Confession: We didnt visit the SoHo area until our penultimate weekend living in NYC. After that we visited twice more because we enjoyed it so much.
SoHo stands for South of Houston Street and despite being crowded, its cobblestone streets and high end shops make it a very quaint place to walk around.
It is always packed wall to wall with tourists and locals, restaurants are overflowing with no chance of getting a table unless you reserve ahead of time and theres a natural feel good aura.
Best Areas To Stay In New York City

Straight to the point about the naming.
New York City consists of five counties: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island.
Manhattan is quite often confused with New York City itself, however, it shouldnt.
I think the mistake may come with the fact that Manhattan is often referred to as The City and its coextensive with New York County.

For Hipsters: Soho & Lower East Side
Soho and the Lower East Side are the right areas to stay for you if youve already explored the main sights of New York and want to experience life in different parts of town. Both districts are achingly hip.
Soho borders Greenwich Village to the south and is best-known for its beautiful cast-iron buildings and its many art and design shops. Just like Soho, the Lower East Side is a typical New York residential neighborhood. So you wont find any super-famous sights here.
But what both neighborhoods have to offer instead is an incredibly diverse street scene, and a mix of super-trendy restaurants and boutiques in all price ranges. The best thing about the neighborhoods is that you can get to many other parts of the city on foot from here.
Nowhere else in New York do you get so swept up in life on the streets. Little Italy, the Bowery, Chinatown everythings just a stones throw away.
Pros of staying in Soho & the East Village:
- Youll be staying where New Yorkers live
- There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores for every budget
Cons of staying in Soho & the East Village:
- The East Village in particular isnt that well connected
- You have to take public transport to all the important sights
