Panama City Beach for a family vacay this June?
I will be traveling with family – 4 kids, 1, 2, 6, & 8 mother n law, another couple, and 2 sister n laws
This will be my first time visiting and I would like to be walking distance or like a min drive to restaurants, night life, water sports, amusement parks, and shopping.

The most concentrated area of things to do/shopping/dining is Pier Park. Calypso is right across the street from it on the beach. Aqua is also very close…just right down the street…and might be a little less busy than Calypso.
A little farther west on Front Beach Road, you might consider Splash condos. You’d have to take a quick drive to Pier Park , but the place has a kid’s pool area with all kinds of water toys, etc….all of the four kids are within the age range the place is geared toward and i’m sure they’d like it.
If you go the other direction away from Pier Park , Shores of Panama has a huge lagoon pool and amenities that everyone would likely enjoy. They have 3BR “wrap” units there that are directly up front beachside and have excellent views as well.
I rented thru VRBO.com about 2 weeks ago. As soon as you know your dates start looking. We are going last weekend of June and many places are booked. We are staying in Laguna Beach area of PCB and have done so for years. Yes it’s an older home built in 1940’s ~ that whole area is mostly older homes. But we love it there.
