It really doesn’t matter where you sleep in Sedona. You’ll be using your car and you’ll be visiting places near and beyond all of the three basic business districts.

Unless you exclusively love uptown souvenir shopping, you will be driving everywhere anyway for the dining and best hiking and shopping in Tlaquepaque.
So basically, find the hotel, resort or B & B that most catches your eye or falls within your budget. Just don’t go too far astray from Sedona, West Sedona or the Village of Oak Creek. *Don’t go as far as Cottonwood or Jerome or even Flagstaff as commuting from those will cut into your short two day stay.
