I agree, but Resorts World was the most expensive resort ever built in Las Vegas. It is impressive. I also think RW has the friendliest employees on the Strip. I have talked to dozens of them and they are all friendly .
I liked my visit to Resorts World. There are a lot of comments on here from people who dont. A few from people who havent even been yet. Go figure. 🙂
There are some on TA that list 20 negative things about Las Vegas that do not visit and get their knowledge from reading other peoples posts. In fact they haven’t visited in years.

London is ranked no. 1, but there’s nothing in London to attract me. I would rather fly 5,200 miles to be in Las Vegas, than travel 100 miles to be in London.

Best Hotel For A 21st Birthday
Me, my family and friends are planning a 21st birthday for my friend. I was wondering what is the best hotel to stay in as well as the most affordable.
Id recommend Planet Hollywood. Great location, younger crowd and fairly cheap rooms.
This might be a very unpopular opinion, but I stayed at the Flamingo for my 21st and had no problems! I booked my vacation through Spirit Air, and with resort fees, it ended up being about $400 /person for 4 nights plus round trip flight.
Flamingo is right in the middle of the strip – you can walk to so many different hotels/casinos. The hotel rooms themselves were fine – I couldnt complain about anything for the price. And realistically, you wont be in your room much anyways! Just my 2 cents 🙂
Flamingo is a really great hotel for first timers because of the location. They just got brand new rooms too which are really nice for not much more. I always recommend Flamingo.

It’s a good value option, which leaves lots of money for gambling/drinking/entertainment. Well worth it. If you’re doing your 21st right, you’ll only be in your room to hook up or pass out.
Just make sure you’re polite to security and try to not make too much noise in the room or have minors.

Can I Have A Party In A Club Or Bar Before Midnight On My 21st Birthday In Las Vegas
No, you wont be able to do this. Clubs and bars are very strict about this, even though it might seem like a few hours shouldnt matter until the clocks strike midnight. Bartenders and venues run the risk of heavy fines and the loss of their liquor license if caught with someone underage on the premise, so they just wont risk it.
If youre desperate to have a party in a nightclub or bar you wont be able to start celebrating until after midnight. In that case, you can either wait till after midnight , or hold off on the party till the next day.
Another factor to consider is your friends. The drinking age in Las Vegas is 21 and the same rules apply for them. If any members of your group are under 21 you generally wont be able to organize a party in a club or bar.
The good news is that there is plenty to do in Las Vegas if youre Under 21, even if only for a few more hours. You can also look for a club or venue in Vegas that is open to all ages. Vegas has some really fun options that dont include drinking, including mini-golf, pool halls, and live shows.
A note on the live shows, even if your ticket comes with a free alcoholic beverage, unless you or your friends have a valid ID youll find this will be replaced with a non-alcoholic alternative such as water or soda.

If you see a restaurant you like Yelp it, YouTube it, buy a vegas book. All of this will help you pass the time. Youll have a blast.

We celebrated our sons 21st at Moon at The Palms. A great time was had by all, we had a group of 16 ranging in age from 21 to 45.
