“Unfortunately, we did not know it was Hoop Fest weekend. Tbs hotel raised their rates over $100 because of it! The hotel is noisy and definitely not worth over $300 for a room! Our biggest concern is the fact that we are “members’, we get “reward points ” for using BW but there doesn’t appear to be any benefits with that! This is “price gouging ” at best!!”

The room was comfortable and clean. This hotel is truly “pet friendly”. I was offered the choice of a room on the main floor or the second floor. This was great because it was easy to take the dog out to go potty. We had a glass door to the back of the hotel, made it easy to take dog out to potty and to go for a walk. The access to the river walk was excellent! I loved the pool and hot tub area. Although the lights were extremely strong, making it difficult to relax in the hot tub. The water in the hot tub was a bit too cool.
