The Core Trail is the core of Steamboat Springs. Running from Walton Creek all the way past Bud Werner Library on the north side of town, the Core Trail can take you anywhere you want to go.
Pack your bikes, rollerblades, or even roller-skis and explore the town. Personally, I like to go by foot from the south end of Steamboat to the north end via the Core Trail. There is so much to see and experience on this trek.

The location was perfect in the centre of town and close to all amenities . The local bus to the ski area which was free was across the road so no need to take your car . Greg and Chelsea were very welcoming and provided lots of useful information about the town and recommendations for dinner etc . They made us feel at home right away and thats rare these day where so many hotels and lodges take a corporate approach . The accommodation had everything we needed and was warm and very comfortable.
