Best/cheapest Way To Get From Bwi To Downtown Dc

Bringing my dad, son, and 2 brothers to DC. We fly in to Baltimore airport. Any suggestions on transportation? Super Shuttle is about $150 roundtrip.

Best is certainly a limo arranged ahead of time which will wish you to your hotel ASAP. Cheapest may depend on what day and what time that day you will be traveling. SuperShuttle may be the best and cheapest compromise of price and convenience. Look at the Top Questions fir all the options.

Depends on your day and time of day, but you could take the MARC commuter train from BWI to Union Station for about $7 per adult. Then you’d need a taxi or metro to wherever you are going. Should end up being less than $20 a person .

Google it. The bus to the Greenbelt Metro Station may be the lowest price.

Generally during the week between about 5 am and 10pm the MArC train is your cheapest and often quickest way. You get on right at the airport and it takes you to union station which is downtown. From there you can either metro or take a cab easily to your hotel. The only problem with MARC is that there is not easy luggage area so everyone needs to be able to carry lift and maneuver their luggage. Outside of those hours or during the weekend, the Marc trains are more sparse and you might do better in a private vehicle like supershuttle or a prearranged limo. I would check Amtrak for off hours though I doubt for four people it will beat the supershuttle rate.
