The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park re-opened its doors in April 2019 after a top-to-bottom refurbishment. The Bulgari Hotel London is less ostentatious than youd expect given the brands association with dazzling gold jewellery. Instead it champions an elegantly slick, mid-century modern aesthetic with shiny black marble flooring, polished mahogany and lots of silver metalwork. The building itself is only nine years old making it a baby in Knightsbridge terms and was built especially for Bulgari by Squire and Partners architects, the creatives behind the brands other outposts in Milan, Bali and Dubai .
85 rooms are spread over the top six floors, with two private apartments taking up the top two storeys. On the ground floor youll find the flagship restaurant Sette, owned by New York chain Scarpetta, which serves hearty Italian dishes. Nightcaps are had in the basement at Nolita Social, which, with an elevated cocktail list and DJ sets, is poised for parties while the 47-seat private cinema is perfect for special occasions. The Bvlgari Spa is one of the most impressive wellness destinations in London and has been designed with the brands Italian heritage in mind the 25-metre swimming pool is clad in textured Vicenza stone and the showers tiled with gold leaf.

K West Hotel And Spa A Fashionable And Hip Urban Retreat In London
This cool celebrity haunt of a hotel is located in up-and-coming Shepherds Bush, not too far from the popular shopping centre Westfields and only a short tube or bus ride away from all Londons central attractions . The former BBC office turned luxurious and popular 4-star hotel has a huge striking glass-fronted exterior which you really wouldnt be able to miss.

Our personal visit to the showcased just how well located this historic hotel is, on Piccadilly overlooking Green Park, which borders Buckingham Palace with its famous Mall avenue .
This area of London is, in fact, my favorite area of London due to its proximity to both Knightsbridge and Regent Street for shopping. In Knightsbridge, you will find Harrods and Harvey Nics. In the other direction, on Regent Street and Oxford Street, you will find the Apple store and TopShop. In front of the hotel is Green Park and Hyde Park runs along Park Lane to the west of the hotel. Both are perfect for a stroll.
The Sheraton Grand Park Lane ticks all the boxes. Great location, large rooms, club lounge, and nice bar area. It was recently refurbished, so the decor is immaculate. The glitzy Art Deco foyer runs from one end of the hotel to the other. Here, you will find the stylish bar for evening drinks and the afternoon tea lounge where a harp player plays. This is a comfortable area for drinks or to hold a meeting.
I particularly appreciated the generous replenishment of complimentary water in the room and the bedtime goodies delivered every night. Little touches like this do make a difference!

When The Lanesborough reopened in 2015, after a year-and-a-half of restoration, it promised to take guests back in time to the early 19th century. The price of tickets £26,000 a night for 445 square metre Royal Suite complete with a dining room for 12 reportedly made it Londons most expensive hotel. Today, the suite remains available strictly on application.
Occupying a neoclassical, Grade II-listed ex-hospital overlooking Hyde Park and dating back to 1844, the inside of The Lanesborough was reimagined in the style of its Regency-era façade. Crystal chandeliers cascade from high ceilings, wide corridors are held up by ornamental Greek columns, marble runs for miles, more than 42,000 sheets of gold leaf were used for various decoration, theres a bar stocked with cognacs that date from 1770 and an impressive collection of 18th-century artworks, including three original Reynolds.
