The Place To Stay In Chattanooga

Great experience. The place is a good deal, and it’s right in downtown Chattanooga. We didn’t even have time to swim in the pool or have a drink in the lounge, but the City Cafe, built right into the hotel, is one of the best diners I’ve ever been to. When I go back to Chattanooga, I’ll stay here. Only thing that made me uneasy about the place was the smell of sewage when I pulled in.

Great location. Very convenient to go around downtown either by walking or taking the shuttle. The attached diner is awesome ! The “Hummingbird” cake is to die for! No complaints with the hotel staff. The room was just OK for the price we paid since we just needed a place to sleep in. My only complaint is the carpeting…for the lack of a better word, it is gross. I had my kids wear socks to walk in the room and by the time I get them in bed, the socks were pretty nasty looking. Even my husband who usually doesn’t care about dirty floors won’t step on the carpet unless he is wearing socks or his slippers. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I’ll stay again, but will come prepared.
