Visited family for a few days. The dining experience was excellent. Several excellent restaurants to choose from. The shopping possibilites unlimited,a little something for the whole family… Really enjoyed walking around Histrionic downtown area. Wife and I will definitely be visiting again.

The breakfast was very displeasing because online it shows a bigger selection of things. Like I dont eat biscuits and Im diabetic so everything I couldnt eat, and the breakfast is why we chose this hotel over Fairfield and I wasnt pleased. We were out in room 102 and the cleaning staff kept coming in and out the laundry room and were super super loud so after driving 7 hours to Florida I wasnt able to nap because of all the noise the staff were making. Other than that, I was pleased.

I didn’t stay 10 minutes. The manager was rude and racist. The taxi driver told us that the call Crestview Crest-tucky! I asked him why and he said because it’s a Red neck’s town just like Kentucky. We laughed because a white taxi driver told us that. And I had that experience in person while at this hotel.
