The park facing rooms have great views of the Hollywood Studios Star Wars fireworks shows. Rooms have two queen beds or kings, and there are several suite options that include massive living rooms with sleeper sofas with additional joining rooms.
While the pool area is somewhat simple by Orlando standards, the Waldorf shares its property with the neighboring Hilton Bonnet Creek and its lazy river and water slides. The Waldorf pool is perfect for a relaxed day in a pool cabana. The Waldorf Astoria Orlando Spa is one of our favorites, too.
For value, this is the best Disney World hotels for those seeking luxury, as suites at the Waldorf are often the same price as regular rooms at the deluxe Disney resorts.

Pros: This iconic resort is close to the Magic Kingdom and is one of the most luxurious hotels in all of Walt Disney World. Staying here is highly memorable.
Cons: The hotel is sophisticated and may not be a match if you looking for something more akin to your children’s style. If you don’t plan on spending much time at the hotel, this might not be worth it since it is more expensive that most other resorts.
The most regal of all the Walt Disney World resorts, the Grand Floridian Resort reflects Victorian elegance and lavish style. As such, it’s also expensive. But despite being a luxury property, it still can cater to families, weddings, and couples looking for a romantic escape.
Inspired by the legendary Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, California, this sophisticated resort features a majestic lobby, manicured grounds, a white-sand beach, a spa, and is just one stop away from the Magic Kingdom on the Monorail. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Checking into Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa feels like stepping into a seaside Victorian resort . This lovely Deluxe resort is just one stop away from Magic Kingdom Park on the monorail, and you can see the nighttime fireworks or the Electrical Water Pageant for a magical end to a day at the theme parks. From the resort, you can walk to the Magic Kingdom, hop on the monorail to Epcot, or grab the buses to the other Disney parks. There are several dining options, including a “Beauty and the Beast”-themed lounge, Enchanted Rose, plus pools, a spa, and more.

Inspired by Walt Disneys vacations to the South of France, Disneys Riviera Resort is the newest Walt Disney World hotel that opened towards the end of 2019. The hotels luxury feel starts the moment you walk into the gleaming white lobby with its view of the lake beyond and extends to the furthest corners of the resorts outdoor spaces, where youll find gorgeous inlaid murals of scenes from Disney movies like “Tangled.”But overall, the resort feels more like a luxury hotel than a Disney-themed one.
The smallest rooms are Tower Studios which feature pull-down queen Murphy beds and mini-kitchenettes, and the largest are three-bedroom suites with full kitchens and in-room washers and dryers. Three restaurants range from fine character dining at Topolinos Terrace, a rooftop restaurant that has views of the Hollywood Studios fireworks when theyre happening, to quick service at Primo Piatto and Bar Riva, the poolside bar serving small plates. By day, Le Petite Café is a coffee shop by night it becomes a cocktail lounge. Because Riviera has a Skyliner stop, this hotel has especially quick access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios on the new aerial gondola system.

Hard Rock is a good value, compared to Disneys Yacht & Beach Club resorts. Nightly rates start at $260.
2) CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort Not far from Universal Orlando, CoCo Key combines a tropical-themed hotel with a water park featuring 3 pools and 14 waterslides, as well as food and arcade options. The guest rooms are unusually spacious. Shuttle service to area attractions is offered. Rates begin at $75 per night.

The Swan & Dolphin Hotels
Technically not an official Disney hotel, guests of the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin hotels receive almost all of the same benefits except airport transfers on the Magical Express. We recommend The Swan, which corresponds to a Westin property. Its located next to the Boardwalk resort and shares water shuttles to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with the Epcot area Disney resorts.
Swan benefits boast the same 60-day Fast Pass booking window that Disneys resort guests receive. This Epcot area resort is one of the best Disney World Hotels for those who can use Marriott Bonvoy points to save on a Disney vacation.
Their alcove suites qualify for the Club Level VIP Fast Passes. I prefer staying here to a Disney resort for these extra Fastpasses, because I like playing for Club level when I am not at the parks all day and can enjoy it.
The on-site restaurants between the Swan and Dolphin are very strong, too. Blue Zoo, Kimonos Sushi are favorites.

Rent Dvc Points To Save Lots
Because of the on-property convenience fee built into the deluxe Disney resort prices, its always a good to use every saving strategy. The best money saving tip we use is to book the Disney Vacation Club rentals by renting DVC points from owners. The other benefit besides saving money is that the DVC rental options are often newer and more comfortably appointed than the hotel rooms.
Rather than booking from strangers, we use Davids Vacation Club as the intermediary service that protects renters and represents the owners.
You can rent Disney Vacation club points to stay at the best onsite Disney hotels provided that they can match you with an owner. Aulani, the Grand Californian at Disneyland, and the Vero Beach property are also options as Disney Vacation Club villas.
The Davids DVC rental site has a point and cash calculator that shows the point and cash amount based on your travel dates at the DVC properties. Using points offers a considerable discount. Davids Vacation Club Rentals Are Not Hotel Reservations
Davids vacation rentals are considered DVC reservations, not hotel reservations. They are made through the regular Disney site of DVC villas by the owner.
And the reservation will be treated like a DVC one, meaning that the resorts will not provide daily mousekeeping since it isnt classified as a hotel reservation.
Most important to note, theyre nonrefundable and non-changeable. Unfortunately the inflexibility doesnt work for everyone.
Disney Dining Plans can be added 30 days before check in. The plan must be the duration of the reservation without exception. The owner of the Disney point rental must call the DVC center and add the dining plan to the reservation and pay in full.
To avoid giving a credit card to a stranger, Davids suggests buying Disney gift cards in the amount of the plans costs.
