We’re from the 1000 Islands New York area and it reminded me of the motor courts that were prevalent back in the earlier days of the area. the cabin was quaint and spacious and we would have liked to stay longer and utilized the kitchen facilities. Our primary goal was to visit the L.L. Bean store in Freeport and we didn’t have much time as we were passing through. at some point we hope to return to the area, explore a little, and stay at the Maine Idyll Motor Court!

The Location Was Great We Had A Problem With Our Breakfast
The location was great, we had a problem with our breakfast. It was supposed to be included in the price but we were told it wasnt. I had to go back to our room and get my confirmation page to show the girl at the desk. We were then brought to a table in the dining room and the hostess told us our breakfast was not included even though it was on my confirmation page and that they were giving me a voucher for the breakfast. When we got back home I checked my visa account online and they changed me for the breakfast so I called the hotel and after being on hold for a while I was told to call back when the manager is in.
