This is a review for hotels near Little Italy, San Diego, CA:
“My husband and I planned our annual summer getaway anniversary trip to SD and booked our stay with Springhill Suites. Unfortunately, it was a less than pleasant experience. We got here for the 3 PM check-in and were forced to wait in an abhorrently long line. Finally making it to the front desk, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and we would have to wait another 20 minutes. After more than an hour of waiting, we were told that our room still wasn’t ready. We have been Marriott Bonvoy members for over a decade but with an experience like this, we are questioning canceling our membership and choosing to never stay at a Marriott Hotel again. Sad because the company I run does a lot of business with Marriott Hotels, and this is making me question doing business with them now.”
