“Yikes! The people around and in the hotel seem really sketch, there were homeless people pounding on our car windows, the hotel smells like smoke and pot, and save the best for last…bedbugs!!!!!!! Disgusting. I am so glad I noticed the bedbugs before falling asleep. One crawled right past me. There were at least 10. I have several bites and I didn’t even stay the night because we were horrified. I’m so disgusted. They were apologetic but also didn’t seem that shocked and basically just offered new sheets or a new room.”

Medford is a busy city that has a lot of variety. Surrounding the city are several towns that are famous for their theater , history and wines and dairy/cheese . The Rogue River is nearby that is world famous for its rafting and hiking. There are a lot of very good restaurants in the area and a few great ones. We ate at and great little Italian restaurant in Medford called Rosarios. It was delightful with breads baked in an authentic wood-fired oven, a great selection of wines, and several seafood specialties. Medford has several large main streets that allow getting around the city to be quick and fairly easy.
