Where Do I Start I Walked Into The Hotel Around 6 Pm On
Where do I start, I walked into the hotel around 6 pm on Friday night. There was no one around at the front desk, only a phone that said dial 0 to obtain service. The phone rang and rang, about 7 minutes later some lady came out to help me. However, she was not dress professional. She could not give me a late check out. She stated to call in the morning. I tried to call and no one answered. I had to speak with a housekeeping lady who said that should be fine to stay until 1 pm on Sunday. The breakfasts was pretty sad, they ran out of food and coffee at 8 am.. There was again no one around to ask for more coffee. When someone was around you did not know if they were a guest or employed with the hotel. The pool and hot tub calorie was so bad that i was in the tub for 5 minute. I had red welts on my skin for the calorie. I would not advise this hotel to anyone.

The staff at this hotel is what sells it for me. They were one of the nicest staffs that I have experienced while traveling and made a point to remember something about me to talk about. The rooms were very nice and large and the desk/work area functioned great. The bed was very comfy and the shower had water pressure.The area is great for any of your needs and it has easy access to the roads.Would recommend to anyone traveling in that area.

Great location, within minutes of the lake/river along with the outlet mall and many other restaurants. Clean pool that the kids loved, with a great wait staff in the Breakfast area. The airport being right next to the hotel made for great sites and kept the kids busy. . Brought our boat along to enjoy the water ways and had no trouble with parking or security during the evenings as it was parked outside. Highly reccomend staying there if you are in the Oshkosh area.

Disappointed of the cost of drinks changing constantly. First they were $5.75 but the more hundreds my brother pulled out the higher the price of drinks. This is ridiculous for your employees to take advantage of him! Very disappointed in breakfast being an additional charge as well!
