I did not feel safe staying their because of all the loiterers hanging around on the property.

    The town seemed to be in transition, with road construction and businesses that were being updated. It was convenient on and off of the highway, which is what I appreciated, but overall, it was a disappointment. Maybe when the construction and upgrades are done it will be a more welcoming place to stay.

      When we got there my room that I booked wasnt ready so they did the next best thing and upgraded my room bc I showed up early and didnt make me pay any extra. These people r so nice I had to stay til 12pm when check out was 11 am and they let me stay gorthe extra hour with no problem what so ever. If I ever get the chance to go back there I will only stay at this motel 6 Thank u guys for always being nice to me and makeing sure I always have what I needed not sure when I’ll be down again but I will for sure only stay here thanks again

    I was here visiting my daughter and granddaughters. There is no shortage of activities. We visited Ft. Boreman Park and took a picnic lunch with us. The park was nice and clean and the views of the river were beautiful. Point Park was also a nice place for walking. Parkersburg is situated in the perfect spot so that you can cross the bridge and go into Ohio for some apple picking. Lovely area to visit. Some beautiful old homes in Parkersburg. If you visit here, a stop at Ward’s Farm Market is a must! Beautiful fresh produce and a wonderful selection of canned goods.
