The Lounge At Limelight Snowmass
Breakfast, lunch, Apres and dinner here were all surprisingly good. The lounge is a comfortable space with a fireplace to warm up and a glass wall of windows looking out on the firepits on the deck outside, to the ice skating rink beyond.
Breakfast is included with your hotel stay. Due to Covid, we did collect our breakfast from a wide variety of to go options and bring it back up to the room. Everything was good. But I really loved the overnight oats. They were delicious, health yet hearty enough to get me through a morning of skiing.
We had sandwiches, mac and cheese and chicken fingers for lunch. Freshly made, large portions.
I enjoyed mulled wine by the fire outside for Apres. It had been a decade since I last had mulled wine . Great way to warm up!
Fondue and crispy brussel sprouts for dinner. Yumm! The steak was good, as were the kids meals.

I Love Snowmass And Can’t Wait To Go Back
I love Snowmass and can’t wait to go back. Our trip was definitely too short but provided the much needed change of scenery during COVID. Loved Zane’s and Big Hoss! Food was great and offered take-out which is a bonus. We rented e-bikes and rode out to the Maroon Bells. I HIGHLY encourage everyone to give it a go! the view is breathtaking and the ride down is exhilarating. If you don’t want to use the e-bike, you can take a shuttle. However because of COVID, you MUST have a reservation and it books a few weeks+ out! Keep an eye out for moose! As for hiking, I’m a fan of the Ditch trail and if you want to venture into Aspen, head to the Grotto Ice Cave!

The facility was great. The front office was very generous. We ran the Golden Leaf half marathon from Snowmass to Aspen and took a bus back to the car. We had checked out of the room at 8am. When we returned at 1pm, the front office let us use the shower to clean up in the recreation room and the hot tub outside to warm our sore muscles and that was a Great Option for us. We will always come back to Crestwood with the wonderful experience that we had. Thank you Crestwood.

For dinner try the Artisan in Stonebridge Inn. My certified organic Ora-King salmon, palisade peach and olathe corn relish, herb risotto was so delicious I didnt offer to share. Our son devoured his huge bowl of mac and cheese. Then he proceeded to inform me that it was even better than my homemade extra cheesy mac and cheese.

Hippest Place To Stay In Snowmass
The staff was great and the location. Skiin/skiout,Hot-tubs, pool, restaurant, bars, they have it all. The staff was very friendly in that mountain-town way. The food was great, I went skinning one morning early and upon request they set food out early for me. Also had some stuff delivered and they dropped it off at our room. Rooms were grey and the vibe is awesome as well for family or rowdy ski groups. Only two gripes, the shower heads are too low and a water heater broke when during our stay. but only for a few hours. The rooms have cool storage under the bed and ski racks. The drivers will take you around town and bar is great at happy hour.I will stay again.More

Everything Was Way More Expensive Than I Expected
Everything was way more expensive than I expected. The buses run and take you to Aspen which is nice but not efficient with your time. There is no way to take an Uber or a Lyft. The skiing almost had too much powder but I dont think that can be faulted. Some blue runs werent groomed at all and really shouldve been a black in my opinion.

With the nicest staff, cleanest and spacious rooms, great views, a golf course and indoor tennis, the Snowmass Club is one of the best places to stay in Snowmass. This was our 5th year of staying at the villas- and loved it, as usual! Kudos to Michelle for keeping our unit tidy every day. Great views, excellent accommodations, and overall relaxing vacation. Our only complaint this year was that our particular unit didn’t have dressers/drawer space in the rooms. The kids aren’t great at hanging things up in the closet, so lived out of their duffle bags, which equated to a bit of a mess. We walked to the rodeo this year and also caught a 2-hour horseback riding trip that departed just up the street at the rodeo grounds as well. Great location- only 10-15 minute drive to catch the action in Aspen. My husband golfed the Snowmass Club course and said it was beautiful. Highly recommend for families.

Top Of The Village Condos By Destination Residences Snowmass
Snowmass Village is built up the side of the mountain. There appear to be a large amount of slpoeside condos, which typically tend to be our top pick as a family. We love the space to spread out and a kitchen so that we can eat in.
During a fall visit to Snowmass Colorado, we really enjoyed our Top of the Village condo by Destination Residences Snowmass. It truly was the top of the village where the street dead ended into the mountain.
The kids thought the bunks, in addition to twins in their bedroom were pretty cool.
It was spacious and I could imagine spending a week there with family.
The balcony overlooked the gorgeous mountain. And, theres a quaint pool and hot tub also built into the side of the mountain overlooking an aspen grove.
