Great place to stay, large clean and comfortable rooms. Wish they had one in Las Vegas. The staff was very helpful. One night was on the top floor and it was very quite, we decided to stay another night and the only available room was on the main floor. This room was a bit noisy as you could hear kids running up and down the hall to the pool,

Dog Friendly They do charge a pet fee of $25 but our room was big enough for our dog’s kenel, had an easy access to outside and there was a green space by the door for dogs. Our dog stayed comfortably in our room. There was no welcome gift at check-in which was a little surprising. Free Breakfast Their breakfast was great. They serve hot breakfast and it was actually tasty. First morning we had pancakes, potatoes, sausage links, scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa. Next morning we had french toast, bacon, scrambled eggs and some baked goods. Coffee was good too.Evening Reception We were able to get a couple free drinks one night and I had a glass of red wine and my husband had a glass of Widmer Okto. It is offered nightly from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back with our dog.

Lot of good restaurants, Mall is decent. Easy access to freeway. Generally good place if location of products and services is your thing. Not a lot of entertainment, however this is really an industrial area.

The apartment and property were both so beautiful! Everything was clean, new and very modern. We absolutely loved staying at the River House and felt very safe there. There was a walk-in closet, new television in both rooms, thermostat for the living room and the bedroom, washer and dryer, refrigerator, oven, all the utensils and amenities we needed we new and clean and just beyond what we ever expected for the price. Everything was new. The residents who live there were all so friendly, walking around with their pets. There is a beautiful trail along the river right next to the property where people bike and walk with babies and pets. The workout room on the property was perfect for us. The staff at the office were so friendly and helpful. There were also coffee and snacks at the recreation room.

Spokane Or Spokane Valley
We plan to stay in Spokane for one night at the end of June on our way to Seattle
Would we be better in Spokane or Spokane Valley ?
We usually use Hampton Inns and can see there is one in each location but we are not sure which one to choose
Both have easy access to the interstate for arrive and depature. Spokane Valley is next to a large mall, walking distance. Lots of dining options and some shopping. West site is 4-miles out of downtown and has little immediately accessable. Drive to downtown is very easy for dining and shopping. Both are newer properties and well maintained.
The one closest to downtown is my favorite it’s so close just down sunset hill and you’re in town, I wouldn’t think it was four miles because it’s so easy to get to and from but k2 may be right. He is right about the valley one being close to restaurants the other one is to but you’d have to go into town for them unless you like fast food then there is a ton of it all along 3rd street.
