Dallas is pretty cool. It’s big and you will need a car or plan on Uber to get around. Neighborhoods can be walked, but it is far too big to expect to be able to stay in one spot and explore without vehicular transportation. THE FOOD IN DALLAS IS AMAZING. It’s really good. There are SO many amazing restaurants. And like New Orleans, the restaurants really want to please their customers. The service is great on top of amazing food. Dallas can get warm at certain times of the year, so plan accordingly. But I recommend finding a hotel near Downtown or Uptown and explore from there!
