Location had easy access to UT which is why I was there. The pool was closed both days that I was there. This seems to be a real problem with hotels that I’ve booked the past year or so and every time that I’ve had this problem Booking.com said the pool was open. I even used the app to book another night at the same hotel and Booking.com stated that the pool was open even though it was still closed. This problem needs to be addressed.
