We had 3 Rooms at the coho the room with the king the ac didn’t work the whole trip and matiance said it wasn’t fixable, management didn’t change our room or offer an upgrade . The other two rooms tvs didn’t work . It took my son asking the head of matiance for them to clean two of our rooms , my children had to sleep in sand because we could get them to change sheets . For what u pay to stay here the things I complained about should bot be issues. The only good thing I have to say , is the view was amazing . The beach is good very , laid back .

We love staying at this property and have visited several times. Its a unique boutique hotel. Breakfast on a tray is delivered to your door. The location is right on the ocean and all rooms are facing the ocean. The higher floor the better for the view. The staff is SO accommodating and wonderful. They used to offer a happy hour with complimentary wine and since COVID have not offered it. Hopefully they will bring that back soon. This is our go to when we visit Lincoln City from Canada.

Ruddocks of Lincoln, the oldest shop in the city, first opened its doors as a print shop and stationery store in 1820. In the same family since 1884, the shop has been at its present location at 286/7 High Street since 1904.
