Budget Your Trip With Great Meals
Planning a vacation can get expensive very quickly and eating out is by far one of the most expensive parts of any vacation. We solve this vacation conundrum by providing guests with a fully equipped kitchen to cook and store their own meals. Vacation rental guests can visit local supermarkets and pick and choose what meals they want to prepare at home versus eating out during their stay. This is especially helpful for larger groups looking to feed lots of people. Instead of breaking the bank with every meal, you can pick up bulk items for a fraction of the cost. We have found that people save an incredible amount of money when they choose to cook their own meals in place of eating out every day. Even just picking up some breakfast and snack options will save you significant money on your trip. This money-saving opportunity lets you allocate your vacation budget to more exciting events and activities.
We strive to match you to the best vacation rental possible and many of our vacation rentals have paid specific attention to providing you with a completely updated kitchen that will have everything you will need to cook a fantastic meal. All of our summertime rentals also often include a deck or patio that will elevate your meals to the next level on top of saving you money. In case youre not planning to stay in Steamboat Springs for long, our Edgemont short-term rentals might be a perfect match for you!

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children. These are non-refundable but the show goes on even if it rains. The show starts at 7:30pm but I highly recommend getting there early because seating is general admission.
Locals Tip: Bring a cushion to sit on during the show. The seats are stadium-style bleachers and can become very uncomfortable after two hours!
Take A Hot Springs Dip Naked

Steamboat Springs Chamber
Soak at the Strawberry Park Hot Springs, one of the most popular tourist activities in town. After dark, this remote hot springs under the stars is clothing-optional and adult-only.
There are several different natural pools of varying temperatures. If you’re feeling brave, dip your toes into the icy river, before retreating into the warmth of the natural hot springs. The hot-cold circuit is good for your circulation, and some believe it can improve your health.
You can even stay the night at Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Our favorite spot: a night in an old train caboose converted into a tiny room. Strawberry Park Hot Springs is pretty remote, deep in the forest and isolated. You will be glad you booked overnight and don’t have to try to drive back through the winding roads after so much relaxation.

Navigate The Waters Of Steamboat Lake
Ironically, Steamboat Lake is located in the small town of Clark, Colorado, approximately 25 minutes north of Steamboat Springs. Sitting at the base of Hahns Peak, its hard to miss this beautiful lake. An easy drive from town, Steamboat Lake is a great day trip for the entire family.

King Solomon Falls is about an hour drive from town, but well worth the journey. The hike back to the waterfall is short but steep, so bring proper footwear. Once youve made it to the falls, youll be able to swim in the pool, jump from the cliffs, or relax in the sun.
Getting to King Solomon Falls will be your first challenge. The best way to find it is by typing in The Cabins at Historic Columbine into your Google maps GPS. Below, Ive attached a map to this location. The dirt road to King Solomon Falls is opposite these cabins on the right-hand side of County Road 129.
Locals Tip: I highly recommend taking a high clearance 4-wheel drive vehicle to the falls because the dirt roads are unmaintained.
